As part of BF's efforts to gain concise information on the current state of the game, they are asking us to partake in this simple Google survey to give them some basic information to start with.

Where did you get this link from? It's just a custom google survey, and I didn't see anything about it on the FoW site.

it's an after action report not a survey, there isn't any questions about the state of the game its just an AAR form.

I'm sure they will use the info for something.

I will try to submit all my games to the survey going forward.
