This is the game I was talking about lunch ... it's a Cities Skylines / Transport Fever hybrid where you have to deal with the USSR and/or NATO.
The scope of the game is amazing but it is very micro intensive and just placing building is a pain. Railway signalling is a little different than most games (block based) so that catches people out.

Raptor has a better? one... he doesn't explore the mechanics so much though

You can insta build stuff with cash. Or built it yourself.
NATO will buy fewer products but will sell better vehicles. Russia will buy everything..m
