DCS World.. whats with Russians and their sims??

So a coworker told me about DCS World. Its technically a free game, and you buy the modules (planes, or helos or whatever off Steam) and then play online. Its basically Aces High moderns.

So I watched a few videos, but the fact its all multiplayer (except the AWACS controllers are AI, but players task them) is intriguing.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] This one is a guy somehow living through SAMs galore, calls up the AWACS and gets vectored to the enemy city, where a few players chase him around. He doubles back around a mountain and rips a Su-27 a new a-hole.. then kills a player trying to land a damaged plane while taking SAMS. He ends up having to do 42 miles back to base on less than 700lbs gas, touches down as one engine flames out in his F15 and the other runs out on taxi.. a true Dennis landing
