Help Me Obi Wan, you're my only hope
So.. my computer which was working fine Thursday night whilst playing Archeage and World of Tanks, when I logged out I think it was installing updates, do not shut off, so I didn't. Friday, afternoon I get home, I get a red screen after the ASUS logo, Secure Boot BIOS violation or some such. It says there may have been changes to firmware, UEFI or OS. If I click OK it gets me to my BIOS utility, where I have been told I should disable the secure boot option, but it is grayed out, IE always secure boot.
Before I take the computer in, any of you tech wizards <I am picturing the 40k techpriests who swing incense before starting up a ship's engines> have any other suggestions I can try on my own?

Can you get a one time boot menu by tapping F8 or F12 when you see the initial BIOS logo?

yup.. and in that, the part for Secure Booting that says "and if possible, select Disabled" is the part that stymies me. Under 'Secure Boot" it shows 'enabled' in gray, so I cant change it, where other options I can change them. Aggravating

Help me obi wan and why I should shift to the Dark side.
So as I work in a Computer based office I asked my techs. This was their only response. I told them to have sex and take a vacation.
