This is the first GW release I have actually been interested in in years,

It's the new Necromunda.. I may actually buy this rulebook when it comes out..

Heads up for anyone interested, but FDB is running a campaign of this. Downloadable PDF's for each faction are on the GW community website (except the three core factions which are in the rulebook (Imperial Guard, Orks, and Space Marines)).

I am so tempted by this. I loved Necromunda and I have some friends who've resisted all my attempts to get them into miniatures who might crack for this game.

For those who, like myself, have sworn off everything Games Workshop, there is Osprey's Scrappers which seems to be a miniature-agnostic sci-fi gang warfare game.

Still, I find myself might tempted.

Swore of GW as well, but going to jump into this cause why not. A squad of customized dudes is not going to tempt me to get back into 40K, just some clever magnetization and pinning.

If you don't want to drink to GW Kool-Aid, there's also Scrappers just released from Osprey. Looks similar to a bring your own models version of Necromunda.
