Wondershare Filmora
ADOBE Premier is nice too, but WAY too much for what you would ever need it for.
Filmora is every bit as professional grade without the price tag.

Mine are done using MS Moviemaker. Free is free

Think mine was $30USD for lifetime copy.
trial version leaves super small watermarks, but use it and you will see decent quality over other stuff
