Waterloo The Movie
Hey all, this movie was talked about during our trip a bit. Well I found it, on YouTube, lol.
I ripped a copy to my hard drive so can bring it to wherever we do FNF this week. I also ripped all the Sharp's Series off YouTube too (In HD no less, lol).

Watched both on the weekend. The movie was just a bit better (insert winking smiley face here).

Lol, I watched a bit of Waterloo last night but haven't touched sharp yet. Don't think I could power through it in a weekend though, bravo, hehe.

Only Sharpe I watched was the Waterloo episode. They made the battle look like a skirmish.

25,000 extras (and that's just the British) are pretty pricey. I'm thinking they just used a very high figure to man ratio on their bases...

First thing I noticed between the movie and the documentary was the scale. When Napoleon returned to France and was met by the army to stop him it was a squad in the documentary and a massive freaking army in the movie. Very cool so far.
