I can't buy a deck until Friday but I'd play Wednesday with a slightly older deck.

I'm pretty sure I'll need the whole time to just grasp it. Never got too into magic and have only played a handful of games ever.

Same, need some refreshing, but I did pick up a MTG 2015 starter deck, and it has the basic rules, turn sequence, etc....

guess that means I may have a slight advantage in that I still remember how to play, just don't know the newer card effects that well.

There is a good series of computer games Magic Duels of the Planes Walkers or something like, it gets released on pretty much every system every year. Anyway this game is just a computer version of the card game and follows pretty much exactly the same rules, so that is probably a good way of getting back into playing and learning rules and stuff since the computer will mostly do things right.

Allot of newer cards tend to have reminder text on the also so that really makes it easier.

I didn't write down my schedule yet, but I think I'm off Monday/Tuesday. Also I picked up a blue/green deck from the 2015 set, seeing several cards with islandwalk and the ability to make all lands islands :O

Edit: I'm off Monday if anyone wants to play.
