British rules are simplified, like the Germans.

Looking at WWPD leaked pages of desert rat book, you can take one allied formation as support in your list, just like taking a formation unit as a choice. ie 1 extra unit of grants. that means brits can take shermans if they want or something like that once the us lists are out. Also there is something called wild card as a support choice.

I'll probably do up my americans for mw i assume their book will be out before eastern front. It's all d-day so it should be the same as mid war.
