FOW Platoon values for reserves

Hey Guys,

I have the ability to pull my mortars out of my infantry platoons to form a separate mortar platoon under my 2IC

By I am not sure how to calculate this, do I need to have two sets of calculations for calculating reserves, one with the new mortar platoon and one without?

for combat attachments or w/e the new platoon counts as a new unit for all purposes, per the rulebook. Matt and I looked this up for his combat attachments, so lets say he adds the HMGs to his pack howitzers, then that new unit total is what is important for reserves.. not the previous totals.

So I need to do to calculations and have two tables depending on what I decide to do..

This reserves thing is not as simple as it could be.. at least with number of platoons it was easy to calculate..
