The second one is molds - you plan on casting terrain? If so - I would like to place a large order!!!

If we want corrugated containers for cheap (without having to pay double for all of the model railway flatbed cars, etc):

I love those container....definitely worth getting some I think....

If we order from the states it's ~$6 + 15% ... the closest hobby shop that carries their stuff is in Merrickville (they charge ~$6+ cost + HST) -- a decent drive during the summer... doesn't look like the Hobby Center (Roydon) carries it.

28mm is 1:48 to 1:64 scale, since its true scale do you think its the proper 28mm which should be 1:64?
1:64 is S scale for trains.

Ya, I wouldn't suggest using HO buildings or anything like that -- these crates don't have anything to give a size reference.
