Looks good to me. I have:
84 rank and file (RnF) infantry, 12 RnF cavalry, 2 hero cavalry, 27 infantry heroes on my painting table, not counting the 12 painted and 12 almost finished.

Yes, I've got a game in and it plays very well. Simple rules and a bit of special rules per unit on card to make it interesting.
