flocking bases and transfers is all i need to do, how do you use transfer softener or is it not worth it, I haven't used transfers since my blood angels back in the 90s...

I think it's worth it, there is a very good video on the bf site.

But basically apply gloss varnist paint onto the decal spot, apply decal, give a few coats of softener, more for a bumpy spot, to get it to melt in, apply a cost of the decal fix, spray mat varnish.

Doing this made me go from hating them to loving them, but still i find the ones on blue paper are great, and the ones on white paper are shit. BF is random if you get good or shit sadly.
