Canadian FoW Nationals Army List Deadline

Same story, it's up to you to vet your opponents list. What a bunch of horse shit. Anyone tell if they're opponent has too many teams, spending points they don't have? The answer is no, you can't. They don't enforce Forces of War, so why bother when you're going to play a guy who writes his list down on a napkin with Hitler's imaginary World of Tanks vehicles eh Den?

Appreciate that many of you are busy and committed to other things but we're beginning the setup for the tournament at 1600 hrs (or there about) on Fri, 02 Sep. If you can spare the time your assistance in setting up would be much appreciated.

Hope to see as many of you participating as possible. There is still a bit of room remaining for guys to sign up. As of today I believe there are 47 committed. For those of you that can't participate or FoW is not your thing please feel free to drop around and have a booo.........

Attending nationals and other tournaments on both sides of the border. The list you have make no difference to Battlefront, they neither want or go through each list to see if it's 'legal' they expect you to know whether or not it is when you look at it. I used to go through the motions and had a list for each one of my games, I don't bother anymore. I'll save the paper and ink from printing out multiple copies. I think Forces should be only source for lists, a standard must be used. There is another website for free FoW lists (no, not EasyArmy) you can use, but the troop ratings and points sometimes differ from the books. You should also have the book your list came out of, just in case you need to reference it. Yet, the majority don't even own the book from which they're army is based. Looking back, my language should have been toned down, but it doesn't change the fact that not a lot of people could look at someone's army and know if it's 100% legitimate.

The problem with the online lists is if you buy it and the book your basically paying for it twice, is there codes in the books now that give you access to the list online?

Get your list, if you want the whole book twice, and Forces is enforced, then buy it. Price is same before they dropped the hard cover price. Except in certain stores of course. If you're playing tournaments, spending $1 for your list is a pretty good price.
Pdf lists still free? U have no idea.

I don't have an army that is usable in EW unless i brought just russian infantry, but i don't feel like just moving around 1000 infantry bases to lose to tank only armies.

That list would actually place in the top ten I bet, considering EW at 1500 points doesn't produce a lot of armored lists. I didn't see many tanks there at all today. It's been a good mixed bag of lists.
