Only changed I think for more than just trying my army. Frankly campaigns and this group lose traction quickly. I'm interested in this from what I've read. Would be nice to see it through.

MW eastern front update straight from Phil: There was simply no way to do cards for every single existing unit at the start so the free boks are designed to give you what you need and all new MW product will come with them.

Trying to update EW and LW would have taken over a thousand cards so we have chosen this path as the oldest period now gets the love after seven years of LW and EW love and if you are a desert fan you have the next four books to look forward to and if you are a Eastern Front player then the same thing applies to you from next year.

So next year is eastern front release for MW...

I suspect the release schedule will consist of Midwar Brits and Germans, switch over to Team Yankee Americans and Soviets, and then back over to Midwar Italians and Americans. Possibly at some point, then we'll see some East Front love...

well he said there are 4 books coming out this year, only north africa, i would guess french and italian after next weeks british and german. Eastern front is next year. I can run late war but i never really bought any actual late war stuff for my soviets, it was all V1 which didnt have late war. Guess ill just work on my SS then, i was hoping to use soviets since i haven't used them for such a long time. I'll just keep on focusing on my TY.

I bought the Bolt Action rulebook and the Germany forces book - still open to playing another faction if someone is hard for Germans....

I'm not even sure French are getting any mid-war love. It's been confirmed to be Americans and Italians up next for mid-war.

Are you guys doing any particular theatre/era for bolt action?

I'd do something completely different then what i play in fow, like british SAS, the elusive CFG (Canadian farmers with guns) or the devil's brigade. something non eastern front. Oh americans, forgot about them, i thought they only joined the war in 45 to say they won.

I have the battlegroup rule book coming, it was free with my wayland order...

Yup, now that I know our Battlefront game of choice for the foreseeable future is firmly TY it makes me more willing to drop the shekels.

Ya, i dont think ill be playing or buying FOW for a while, I'd be more interesting in getting bolt action or a nato team yankee army, like a gepard army or something gay like that. Or do a swiss guard army that would be fun.
