Yeah that's the one. It makes the IG-2000 look beautiful.. I mean it looks like a sandcrawler sprouted swan wings. Actually it looks like an EVE Amarr ship Smile

Welp, my fleet is ready for painting.. I added some bits and bobs here and there to give them some Mods.

Right on, it turns out I accidentally snagged someone elses Slave 1 base markers and a Hawk thingy as well.. I went through all my cards to suss out what mods can go on what ships (for modelling) and noticed that, so that is in a seperate ziplock. I think it was ALL Chris ' stuff right?

Well my two HWK-290's have been modded. One is an Ewar variant, the other just has had the turret relocated.....

Welp... with inspiration from the HWK models.. I have given all my ships the rusty sandcrawler look. Looks amazing.. just gotta do markings tomorrow night and engines.

Joyous .. there is.. but if I paint on the details instead of taking half finished pics... I could take finished pics one day later Wink

Also, until I see the Scum and Villainy cards from tristans order.. I can;t finalize my Campaign fleet. THough with ten ships... I should be good to go barring new releases that arent fugly Wink

K he can have my spot and i'll play rebel, i haven't played much rebel with x-wing.

What i'm going to do next time i'm out (probably not this Friday going to my dads for his and my b-day) is go threw a few lighting turns, we all pick a few areas of influence, so the map is a little more filled. Each campaign turn everyone gets 1 attack, (you can have more games then 1 per turn because you may be attacked and have to defend).

The thing is technically like most map campaigns you only fight when your land is attacked, so we need to do some turns just to land grab so we can fight over the systems that have the good upgrades ect.

Did Duaner mention which faction he was thinking about? Also wondering if I need anything to try this out? Not sure who has what, would like a small xwing and ywing squadron with maybe a headhunter or a special pilot. Point me in the right direction to figure this out.

Trist? Is Darren up for playing some more of this? Did you hook another player?
